The Pit Bosses, Tom Grogan and Eric Neilson have been providing food for family and friends as well as events for a long time.  In the Summer of 2014 they decided to combine those talents and the desire to serve up the best BBQ around and forged a partnership that has now become Pit Bosses BBQ. 

Low temperatures and slow cooking prime cuts of meat over whole log hard wood is a passion, and the taste reflects that.  Whether small gatherings, personal meals at home for the family, or large events, there is an opportunity for you to dine on only the highest quality food!
